Bertha — Agency OS

An entire agency, as one operating system.

Bertha is the operating system for an entire marketing organisation — built over three years on a patent-filed technology stack. Twenty-nine interconnected microservices run the full lifecycle, from CRM mining and strategy through AI creative production to omnichannel placement and a closing feedback loop, all on a multi-LLM smart-routing core with enterprise security and governance built in. A lean team operates like a full agency; the enterprise gets the depth it demands.

+ Three years in development, on a patent-filed stack
+ 29 microservices on AWS EKS, multi-tenant
+ CRM mining — Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com
+ Multi-LLM smart routing — Claude, GPT, Gemini, local
+ Strategy → creative → placement → feedback, in one OS

The layer

Observe, Decide and Act. Bertha turns customer signal and market trend into strategy, then into executed, measured output — an autonomous marketing organisation rather than a single tool.

The vision

Most “marketing platforms” own one slice — content, or scheduling, or analytics. Bertha owns the whole lifecycle of an agency: mine the CRM, read the trend, form the strategy, write the brief, produce the creative, place it, measure it, and feed the result back into the next round. The bet — proven over three years on a patent-filed stack — is that a lean team with the right operating system can run like a full enterprise agency.

What it does

Bertha takes a brand from customer data to measured impact. It mines Salesforce, HubSpot and Monday.com for audiences and churn signals; analyses live trends; generates strategy, copy, image, video and audio through a smart multi-LLM router; publishes across TikTok, Meta, Google, Line and Viber; and feeds NLP sentiment and ROI back into the next campaign — all on 29 microservices with enterprise security, governance and observability underneath. No minor undertaking: this is a three-year, patent-backed platform.

Who it’s for

Enterprises and agencies that want the reach and rigour of a full marketing organisation — with the security, governance and CRM depth the enterprise requires — without the headcount.
