The Agencie Lab

A frontier coding lab, on your own hardware.

The Agencie Lab is a frontier coding lab that runs on the customer's own hardware. AOS is the single gateway every coding tool calls; it routes each request to a local model or, when allowed, a frontier agent, offers the tools, reserves the money first and records what happened. Code Easy knows every repository and runs autonomous builds; CloudCode and a VS Code extension put it in front of developers. Licensed per machine, with signed updates, and no usage ever leaving the installation.

+ One endpoint for every coding tool
+ Local models first; frontier agents by choice
+ Every request reserved, checked, settled and recorded
+ ~100 AutoCode specifications run in production
+ Vision, documents and image generation on site

The layer

Act and Govern. The lab is where autonomous coding agents do real work — and where every one of their requests is budgeted, checked and recorded.

The problem

Coding agents are now how good teams ship. They run on someone else’s models, read code on someone else’s servers, and bill by the token with nothing to say what the money bought. Regulated firms cannot use them at all.

Beyond code

The same gateway serves more than coding. A dragged PDF or office document is read; a screenshot or photograph is routed to a vision model on the lab’s own GPU; images are drawn on the lab’s own image server and saved beside the work. Video generation can be added on the same hardware for customers who need it — get in touch. None of it leaves the building.

The approach

Put the frontier way of working inside the building. One gateway in front of local models and, by choice, frontier agents; budgets enforced in the same transaction as the work; the project’s own tests as the judge of done; and a ledger that never leaves the installation. The platform is paid for by the licence, not by metering the customer’s tokens.

Status

Built and in daily production use on Agencie.io’s own products, with close to a hundred AutoCode specifications run through it. Licensing, signed updates, the installers, connectors, the editor extension, alerts and the spend statement are done; the remaining work before general availability is about a month of focused engineering plus an independent penetration test.
