License Server
The licensing and distribution backbone.
License Server is the commercial backbone behind the portfolio's shipping products. It handles license generation, validation, activation and revocation; machine fingerprinting; Stripe subscriptions and one-time payments; secure software distribution via S3; and a self-service customer portal — with ready-made SDKs for Node, Swift, C# and Rust.
The layer
Govern. License Server is the infrastructure that turns products into a business — the layer the other products quietly stand on.
The problem
Every shipping product needs licensing, billing, distribution and a customer portal. Rebuilding that for each one is wasted effort and a security liability.
What it does
License Server is a single, security-hardened backbone — Lemon Squeezy-style key management, Stripe billing, S3 distribution and a customer portal — that powers K8 Inspector, SpeakEasy and Silo, with SDKs across four languages and offline RSA-signed validation.
Status
Build passing, 26/26 tests green, SDKs compiling across Node, Swift, Rust and C#. The connective tissue of the portfolio.
